23:15. ದಾವೀದನು ಜೀಫ್ ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಹೋರೆಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು. ಸೌಲನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಲು ಬರುತ್ತಾನೆಂದು ದಾವೀದನು ಹೆದರಿದ್ದನು.

23:15. ತನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕುವದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೌಲನು ಹೊರಟನೆಂದು ದಾವೀದನು ತಿಳಿದಾಗ ತಾನು ಜೀಫ್ ಎಂಬ ಅಡವಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಅರಣ್ಯದ ಒಂದು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದನು.

23:15. David realized that Saul had come out to seek his life; at that time David was in Horesh in the desert of Ziph.
